Are you a great communicator with strong administrative skills? At Women’s Health, Middlemore, we have an exciting casual position available for the right candidate.

In this position you will be expected to provide high quality service to our staff, patients and their families. You will be responsible for admitting, discharging and transferring of patients, along with keeping electronic records up-to-date and ensuring all confidential data is handled effectively.

This position is on a casual and rostered basis, 24/7 Monday-Sunday, only in Women’s Health department.

Bringing with you administrative experience preferably from a large, complex organisation or health sector, excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional organisational skills and proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite, iPM and Maternity knowledge will be an advantage for this role.

Essential:

  • You must have 1-2 years working in administration/clerical roles
  • Great typing skills
  • Computer technology knowledge and skills

The salary for this position is between $44,130 - $50,716, dependent on skills and experience
