We are looking for an organised, energised and customer focused Administrator to join our great team in the Sir William Manchester Plastic Surgery Suite, specialising in Skin Cancer procedures.

In this role you will be responsible for providing a wide range of office administration assistance and practical support to clinical and administrative staff in the Sir William Manchester Plastic Surgery Suite. This wide-ranging position will see you act as the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries, providing administrative support such as booking and scheduling of patients, as well as maintaining clinical records.

This is a full time, fixed term role until November 2025 working 40 hours a week Mon to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working in the hospital system and have proven skills with our Patient information Systems. You should have experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive material and working with health policies and procedures.

You will be IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and have effective organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
