We are on the hunt for a Nurse Coordinator Nurse Entry to Practice (NETP). You will work across the organisation to ensure the NETP Programme for our nursing graduate workforce is fit for purpose and that we continue to deliver a high quality programme. 

With exceptional coordination, networking and communication skills, you will be responsible for the coordination, continuous improvement, promotion and access to the NETP Programme across the Counties Manukau Health region. This is inclusive of Hospital, Primary & Community and Age Related Residential Care. In addition you will liaise with relevant organisations at a National, Regional and Local Level.


This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse to join our People & Professional Development Team to work with our NETP Nurse Educator and lead our Clinical Coaches with the aim of coordinating a strong and effective team.

 Essential: 

  • A minimum of 5 years post registration experience within a health care setting
  • Post Graduate qualification
  • Current NZ Registered Nurse annual practising certificate
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation including the production of high quality business reports
  • Clean, current Driving Licence with no restrictions
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring staff

Desirable:

  • Understanding of the principles of adult education
  • Previous management experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft applications (e.g. Office, Excel, MS teams)
