Registered Midwife - Botany Birthing Unit, Te Whatu Ora

We have opportunities for you!

In this midwifery led unit, you will provide antenatal/intrapartum and postnatal care for women in our community.  As the DHB is the primary caregiver for around 30% of the births, midwives employed in the unit have the opportunity to provide the full scope of midwifery care to women using this service. This 15 bedded BFHI accredited unit also receives another 1600 women for postnatal care from other hospitals and has around 400 births per year.  

We currently have opportunities for NZ Registered Midwives, available in our Botany Primary Birthing Unit which is located in the East Auckland region of Botany Downs.
