Counties Manukau provides health and disability services to over 600,000 people in our local community. We are focused on achieving better health outcomes for our growing patient population, with particular emphasis on Māori and Pacific peoples and other communities with health disparities. 

Our integrated locality-based service, based in Highland Park, provides specialist mental health care for those with serious mental health problems and provides consultation and liaison with primary care partners for those with mild to moderate concerns.

Our fantastic multidisciplinary team is dedicated and highly supportive, and within it we have a wonderful team of experienced psychologists. You will have the opportunity to provide individual therapy, facilitate psychological skills groups, carry out brief interventions/assessments and add value to the wider MDT through psychology consultation. You will be well supported by our psychology team and through clinical supervision. 

Essential:

  • New Zealand Clinical Psychology Registration and current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Post registration experience in a clinical setting
  • Current, full NZ drivers licence
