Midwife Specialist, Maternity Clinical Information Systems Management, Women's Health

  • Monday to Friday (with some on call work required)

Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora- Counties Manukau Women’s Health service is looking for an experienced midwife with an intrinsic interest in Information Technology to join our amazing team of specialist midwives. 

This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience in a senior midwifery role, responsible for providing specialist expertise, clinical leadership, training and support to health professionals using Maternity Clinical Information Systems. 

The work hours are Monday to Friday,  with some on call phone availability required across the week outside of working hours.

Essential:

  • NZ Registered Midwife with current APC
  • 3+ years clinical experience in NZ, post registration
  • 1+ years experience working within secondary/tertiary maternity services
  • Proficient level or higher on PDRP or at senior midwifery level
