Relieving Ward Clerk, Women's Health
About the role:
Are you a customer service specialist with excellent administrative skills?
In this role, you will provide high quality service to our staff, patients, and their families. You will be responsible for admitting, discharging, and transferring of patients, along with keeping electronic records up-to-date and ensuring all confidential data is handled correctly.
About you:
You will bring extensive administrative experience from the health sector or another large, complex organisation. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. You will be proficient in the use of all standard Microsoft Office software. Prior iPM and Maternity software knowledge will be an advantage for this role
This a permanent part time position. You will be relieving across our Women’s Health Wards working a minimum of 7 shifts per fortnight (52.5 hours).
Essential skills:
- Exceptional and proven customer service skills, preferably in a front desk environment
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role
- Great typing skills
- Able to work morning, afternoon and occasional night shifts as the role will provide cover for a team on a 24-hour roster

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
